Flag Football is a fast-paced, non-contact version of football that focuses on developing core skills like passing, catching, teamwork, and strategy — all in a fun and safe environment. Over the past decade, it’s become one of the fastest-growing youth sports worldwide, and the momentum continues to build here in Burlington! 

Spring 2026 will be the first season of our Burlington NFL Flag Football Season and we could not be more excited! We are proudly serving boys and girls ages 5–13, in recreational leagues. Our league has partnered with NFL Flag Football, bringing exciting opportunities and national exposure to our athletes.

Season Dates

Spring Season --  May 8th - July 24th, 2026 | 11 Game Season. Consistent scheduling. 

Summer Season -- July 24th - August 30th, 2026 | 6 Game Season. Consistent scheduling.

Fall Season -- September 19th - November 7th, 2026 | 8 Game Season. Consistent scheduling.

Registration Details

The registration fee for the Spring program will be $224.87.

The registration fee for the Summer program will be $100.

The registration fee for the Fall program will be $199.
